刘丹

刘丹,讲师,硕士生导师,湖北省优秀博士论文获得者。研究方向:表观遗传学在神经精神疾病中的作用。承担国家自然科学基金青年项目一项。目前发表sci论文16篇,其中包括neuron, j neurosci, mol neurobiol等国际知名杂志。

工作简介

主要从事阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer’s disease, ad)发病的分子机制及防治措施的研究。该病是最常见的一类老年痴呆症,以进行性认识功能障碍为特征,严重影响老年人群的生活质量,同时对整个社会也带来极大的负担。然而,目前对于该病的发病机制、预防及治疗措施尚不清楚。微小rna是一类高度保守的非编码rna,其主要在转录/转录后水平对基因的表达进行调控。近年来的研究表明microrna的失调对ad的发病进程起重要作用,所以本课题组的主要研究方向为microrna在ad发病中的作用与机制研究。
