王婷，医学博士，华中科技大学同济医学院基础医学院病原生物学系副教授。2005年毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院临床医学七年制专业，获医学学士及硕士学位，后于本校获得博士学位，曾赴德国海德堡大学访学交流。主要研究方向为：（1）病原与宿主互作机制研究，聚焦病原感染过程中的宿主防御反应及其调控网络；（2）干细胞调控组织再生与修复的分子基础，以涡虫为模式生物，综合运用生物化学、遗传学、药理学及生物信息学等多学科技术手段，解析组织器官再生与修复的细胞及分子调控机制。

主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省卫健委基金等科研项目9项，发表SCI论文18篇，参编病原生物学领域教材及专著15部（包括人民卫生出版社第一副主编1部、编委6部）。现任中国动物学会寄生虫学专业委员会常务理事、湖北省预防医学会寄生虫学专业委员会常务委员兼秘书长，担任Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica、Experimental Parasitology、Journal of Leukocyte Biology、Scientific Reports、Frontiers in Immunology及《中国国境卫生检疫杂志》等国内外学术期刊审稿人。

教学方面，注重学生科研思维与创新能力的训练，指导本科生获第十八届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛全国总决赛一等奖及省赛特等奖；第八届全国大学生医学创新大赛国赛金奖及最佳团队合作奖，并荣获优秀指导教师奖；指导学生论文入选第十七届全国大学生创新年会“优秀学术论文”等。个人曾荣获全国高校（医学类）微课教学比赛一等奖、华中科技大学青年教师讲课比赛一等奖等多项国家级及校级教学奖励。
