聚焦免疫细胞代谢调控及其在免疫治疗中的应用,特别关注T细胞代谢与功能的生物学机制,以及其在肿瘤免疫中的关键作用。T细胞作为适应性免疫的核心组成部分,其代谢状态不仅决定其分化、增殖和效应功能,还深刻影响免疫记忆的形成与维持,以及在肿瘤微环境中抗肿瘤应答的有效性。近年来,研究集中于代谢调控T细胞记忆形成和维持的机制,旨在揭示T细胞在分化发育、记忆形成及抗肿瘤免疫中的代谢调控机理,挖掘新型治疗靶点,开发创新的免疫治疗策略。
