2016-至今, 教授、医学遗传学系系主任 华中科技大学同济医学院基础医学院2011-2016, 博士后,美国哥伦比亚大学医学院遗传与发育生物学系。

实验室研究领域及内容:
目前实验室利用果蝇与小鼠为模式动物,对肠道干细胞的多功能分化进行深入研究,以期理解干细胞分化的内在生理逻辑和分子基础,以达到对癌症以分化为导向的转化医学治疗。主要研究内容为:1)肠道表皮干细胞数目的决定机制;2)肠道表皮干细胞位置的决定机制;3)肠道干细胞分化过程中Notch信号激活强弱的控制机制;4)肠道干细胞多功能分化的子代细胞比例控制机制。文章发表在Science, Developmental Cell, PNAS, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Cell Reports, Development等国际著名杂志。
