李岩

李岩,华中科技大学同济医学院教授,博士生导师,人畜共患传染病重症诊治全国重点实验室PI,同济医院双聘教授,病原生物学系党支部书记,国家高层次青年人才,湖北省杰青,湖北省公共卫生青年拔尖人才。目前担任教育部病毒学领域教学资源建设项目专家、Wiley出版社VIEW Medicine副主编、Journal of Cellular Biochemistry编委、Military Medical Research青年编委以及The BMJ等二十余个期刊审稿人。于中国科学技术大学获得学士学位,新加坡南洋理工大学获得博士学位,在新加坡科技研究局试验治疗中心从事多年的新药研究工作。

课题组利用生物化学、分子生物学、结构生物学、人工智能、微生物学等多种方法探究包括新冠病毒、利什曼原虫在内等重要病原微生物致病的分子机制,并针对性的开发新型的干预手段。目前课题组参与的多个新药研发项目已经进入临床试验阶段,以(共同)通讯作者/第一作者在ScienceLancet MicrobeNucleic Acids ResearchJournal of InfectionNature CommunicationsJournal of Virology等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,H因子24。参编高等教育出版社及科学出版社医学微生物学多本教材。申请药物专利多项,参与的多个新药研发项目进入临床试验阶段。主持国家自然科学基金新冠专项项目及面上项目、湖北省杰出青年基金、多个公司合作课题、武汉市卫健委应急科研专项等多个项目,作为骨干成员参与多个国家重点研发计划、湖北省创新研究群体等。
