胡清华

胡清华 华中科技大学同济医学院病理生理学系,教授,博士生导师;华中学者特聘教授;卫生部呼吸疾病重点实验室副主任;中国病理生理学会缺氧与呼吸专业委员会副主任委员;中国生理学会呼吸专业委员会副主任委员;国家自然科学基金委员会专家评审组成员。国内外期刊american journal of respiratory cell and molecular biology,circulation,circulation research等的审稿人。1989年毕业于同济医科大学临床医学系,获学士学位;1994年获同济医科大学博士学位,并留校任教讲师。1996年赴美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院做博士后研究,并相继于2000年晋升为instructor,2002年晋升为assistant professor。2004年兼任华中科技大学同济医学院讲座教授,2007年全职回国工作。致力于呼吸与循环系统疾病,包括肺动脉高压的基础和临床相关研究。系列论文发表于国际学术期刊包括j biol chem, j cell sci, antioxid redox signal, circulation research, circulation, lancet等。其研究工作获得国家自然科学基金委员会(八次)、美国心脏学会(aha,两次)和美国国立卫生研究院(nih,一次)的连续资助。曾获美国医学研究联合会(american federation for medical research)颁发的henry christian 奖,并担任美国心脏学会(aha)和英国the wellcome trust基金会研究项目评审专家。

主要学术贡献:

1.      揭示了雌雄干细胞治疗肺动脉高压疗效差异及其机制

2.      揭示了不规则钙振荡调控受体介导的转录激活和基因表达的规律

3.      阐明细胞外钙感受器在缺氧性肺血管收缩及肺动脉高压中的作用

4.      运用人工钙振荡模型与受体刺激相结合的策略揭示:钙振荡频率协同细胞内少量h2o2优化受体激活的基因表达以及钙振荡频率通过累积波宽调节基因表达的内在机制

5.      运用线粒体“剔除”技术并发现线粒体源性的h2o2参与stim1 介导的钙内流

6.      发现富含c4a 血浆预充对毛细血管渗漏综合症的防治作用

7.      报道非受体途径诱发的钙振荡,并发现内源性h2o2 与外源性h2o2 对细胞内钙振荡的作用不同

8.      证实钙振荡通过其频率来调节受体刺激所激活的转录活性

9.      发现h2o2可抑制钠/氢交换

共发表sci论文20余篇。发表论文杂志单篇最高影响因子38.278。
