刘超红，华中科技大学基础医学院微生物系教授，科研副主任，附属同济医院过敏与临床免疫研究所副所长，同济儿童医院儿研所副所长. 2017年国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者。2003年于武汉大学获理学学士学位，2006年于中科院武汉病毒所获硕士学位。2013于美国马里兰大学帕克分校获博士学位。2013以研究助理加入到圣裘德儿童研究医院迟洪波实验室。现在主要研究领域是呼吸和血液系统免疫相关疾病。研究方向包括儿童免疫缺陷性肺炎和自身免疫疾病的免疫异常机制，呼吸道病毒感染所导致的宿主免疫系统紊乱以及哮喘产生的机制。以通讯作者发表72篇SCI论文。其工作在Immunity、 Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Blood、Cellular and Molecular Immunology、Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology、Nature Communications、Science Advances和 Cell Death and Differentiation等杂志发表，其中IF>20有6篇，IF>10 有21篇，3篇 Cover Story。任中国研究型医院学会呼吸病学专业委员会委员, 中国生理学会血液分会委员，湖北省免疫学会儿童呼吸感染和免疫分会主任委员，湖北省生物免疫学会转化医学专委会副主委，儿童遗传代谢内分泌罕见病湖北省重点实验室副主任,人畜共患传染病重症诊治全国重点实验室学术PI. Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology 杂志Associate editor和Journal of Leukocyte Biology和Biosafty and Health编辑。担任Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Cellular and Molecular Immunology和EMBO等杂志审稿人。以负责人身份承担了国家重点研发计划和国际合作项目等8项国家级项目,参与3项重点研发计划。以第一完成人获湖北省自然科学奖一(2025)和二(2022)等奖，培养了数名博士后和研究生，获校三育人积极分子和优秀研究生导师称号。
