彭挺,博士,硕士生导师,华中科技大学同济医学院组织学与胚胎学系副教授,华中科技大学同济医学院附属中学科学副校长,基础医学院形态学实验中心副主任。武汉大学生命科学院本科,学士;华中科技大学同济医学院研究生,硕士、博士。湖北省解剖学会理事,湖北省细胞生物学会理事,中国解剖协会发育生物学分会青年委员。湖北省名师工作室团队成员,从事组织胚胎学、发育生物学、细胞生物学教学工作,国家级线下一流课程《组织学与胚胎学》,人卫慕课《组织学与胚胎学》、国家精品资源共享课程、国家精品课程、国家双语教学示范课程建设项目的主要成员和视频主讲教师。国家十二五规划教材《组织学与胚胎学第3版》编委,全国高等学校八年制及“5+3”一体化临床医学专业第四轮规划教材《组织学与胚胎学第四版》数字编委。《中国组织化学与细胞化学杂志》编委,图像编辑;《解剖学报》青年编委。

主要研究方向:神经退行性疾病发病机制、神经发育,及肿瘤细胞生物学。重点关注亨廷顿舞蹈病的发病机制和治疗,在突变亨廷顿蛋白异常聚集、泛素化修饰降解、细胞毒性产生等方面取得重要进展。

曾获首届华中科技大学十大魅力教师,华中科技大学青年教师教学竞赛一等奖,湖北省首届青年教师教学竞赛二等奖,指导学生获首届和第三届全国大学生基础医学实验设计大赛一等奖。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,参与4项;主持华中科技大学自主创新研究基金2项,重点项目1项,省级科研教改项目2项。发表SCI论文13篇,其中以通讯作者身份发表5篇。
