张斌 1975年出生,理学博士。1996年和1999年于武汉大学分别获得病毒与分子生物学学士和硕士学位,2002年于北京协和医科大学获得生化与分子生物学博士学位。2003年赴美国University of Alabama at Birmingham进行博士后研究工作,2004年转入Medical College of Georgia。2009年转为Assistant Research Scientist。在美期间主要从事神经肌肉接头形成发育的分子机制,以及神经肌肉接头相关的神经疾病的发病机理研究,并在Neuron、Journal of Neuroscience、Journal of Clinical Investigation、Archive of Neurology等国际学术刊物上发表多篇论文,研究工作被Nature、Science、Neuron、Nature Reviews Neuroscience等学术刊物引用,其中对于LRP4蛋白在神经肌肉接头形成中重要作用的研究成果已被Principles of Neural Science (Kandel et al., 5th edition),Fundamental Neuroscience (Squire et al., 4th edition)等权威神经生物学教科书收录。2013年12月回国工作,受聘为华中科技大学基础医学院生理学系教授。
