研究方向
致力于脑胶质瘤干细胞致病机理与临床转化研究。目前主要以脑胶质瘤干细胞为对象,结合胶质瘤特征性的低氧微环境,从胶质瘤干细胞代谢重编程及胶质瘤干细胞与免疫细胞互作方面等探讨胶质瘤干细胞的来源、自我更新能力的维持和分化潜能。寻找并鉴定新的胶质瘤生物学标记物和胶质瘤临床治疗新靶点,从中西医结合的角度探索新的胶质瘤诊疗新策略。
目前实验室已经建立起完整的低氧微环境研究体系,胶质瘤干细胞筛选和培养系统,在肿瘤干细胞自我更新能力的维持及分化、肿瘤代谢重编程、肿瘤干细胞与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞互作、肿瘤细胞迁移与浸润等研究方向积累了丰富经验,课题组前期的工作已经筛选出一系列受低氧调控的新基因,并发现了一些基因在低氧状态下的新功能,并鉴定若干可能的胶质瘤临床诊疗新策略。近年来,我们的一系列工作发表在Cell Stem Cell 2018(-Recommended article of high significance by Faculty of 1000 (F1000Prime Faculty).(IF:25.269 /Q1),Cancer Letters 2024(IF:9.8/Q1)Advanced Science(IF:15.1/Q1), Neuro-oncology(3篇)(IF:16.4/Q1), Theranostics 2篇(IF:12.4 /Q1),iScience 2022(IF:6.107 /Q1), Frontiers in Immunology 2022(IF:8.786 /Q1),Frontiers in Oncology 2022(IF:5.738 /Q2), Cell Reports 2021(IF:9.995 /Q1),Nature Communications 2020(IF:17.694 /Q1), Cancer Gene Theray 2020(IF:5.854 /Q1),等杂志上。并参编英文书籍Radiobiology Self-Assessment Guide, 由纽约Demos Medical出版社于2016年出版, 供放射科医学生自学使用。这为以后的研究工作提供了坚实的理论基础。
